Job description
Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Operating Room's clinical and operational leadership, ensuring delivery of high-quality perioperative care. This role promotes evidence-based practice, staff engagement, and adherence to Mercy Medical Center and Trinity Health standards.
Qualifications include a BSN, MA RN licensure, OR experience with supervisory experience preferred, CPR required; ACLS/PALS/PEARS preferred.
