Job description
Salary: $30 - $34 / hour
nMaxim Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Bellville, Ohio area!

n nResponsibilities:
nnnUtilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required.
n
nnInitiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
n
nnIncorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
n
nnIntervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor.
n
nnAdministers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention.
n
nnReviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable.
n
n nRequirements:
nnnCurrently licensed as an RN in the State of Ohio.
n
nnCurrent Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
n
nnCurrent PPD or Chest X-Ray.
n
nnCurrent Hands-On BLS card.
n
nnOne year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
