nnProvide skilled nursing care in the home
nMonitor patient conditions and respond to changes
nAdminister medications and treatments
nCollaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support
nEducate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications
nDocument care and communicate updates appropriately

nnFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
nDay, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment
nAdult and pediatric patient opportunities
nHome-based care within assigned service area
nOrientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support provided

nnnRequired:
nnActive RN license
nCurrent BLS certification
n nPreferred:
nn1+ year of nursing experience
