Pay: $30 - $37/Hr

nnnProvide skilled nursing care in the home
n
nnMonitor patient conditions and respond to changes
n
nnAdminister medications and treatments
n
nnCollaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support
n
nnEducate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications
n
nnDocument care and communicate updates appropriately
n
n nRequirements
nRequired:
nnnActive RN license
n
nnCurrent BLS certification
n
n nPreferred:
nn1+ year of nursing experience
n nAdditional Details
nnnFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
n
nnDay, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment
n
nnAdult and pediatric patient opportunities
n
nnHome-based care within assigned service area
n
nnOrientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support provided
