Hourly Pay: $40 - 42 / per hour

nMaxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. (Spring, Houston, Aldine, Humble, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Bryan, New Caney, Livingston, Cleveland, & more)

n nResponsibilities:
nnnUtilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
n
nnOn each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
n
nnAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
n
nnCollects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnCurrently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
n
nnCurrent TB or Chest X-Ray.
n
nnCurrent BLS card.
n
nnOne year prior professional nursing experience pref erred
n
