Job description
Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Vernon, CT is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for day shift (7a–3p, Mon–Fri). You will oversee LTC and STC nursing care, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with physicians and families to maintain high-quality resident care.
The role requires CT RN license, 3+ years geriatric/rehab experience with at least 1 year in supervision, CPR, and IV-line management preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.
