Job description
Avantara Chicago Ridge is seeking a Psychotropic Medication Nurse/Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team in Chicago Ridge, IL. You will screen and assess residents on psychotropic meds, monitor for adverse reactions, and coordinate psychiatric services to ensure safety and comfort.
