Job description
Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks an RN Quality Coordinator to drive clinical excellence and patient safety across our 350+ bed acute care facility. In this role, you will analyze quality metrics, core measures, and patient safety data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will coordinate performance improvement projects, support regulatory and accreditation readiness, and educate staff on evidence-based practices. Working closely with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will help standardize clinical processes, reduce variation, and enhance patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-first culture.
