Job description
AdventHealth in Texas seeks an experienced performance improvement leader to support clinical committees, regulatory compliance, and policy development. You will coordinate improvement efforts, analyze data, and guide teams to meet Joint Commission, AHCA/CMS standards.
Strong communication and Lean Six Sigma experience are required. Required Bachelor’s degree; Nursing preferred; Healthcare quality experience strongly preferred.
