Job description
Harrington Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN to oversee RAI coordination and comprehensive care planning. You will facilitate interdepartmental communication, lead assessment-based care planning, and ensure timely MDS processes in a dynamic geriatric setting.
The role requires an active Georgia RN license and a nursing degree, with strong skills in MS Office and patient/family communication. This is a full-time on-site position offering a competitive pay and benefits package.
