About This Role
As an RN in the Rapid Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital, you will deliver exceptional care to patients with major medical and surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour

Department/Unit: Rapid Observation Unit
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
Experience
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.
Licenses & Certifications
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if in a Critical Care area.
