Job description
The role involves providing individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional hospital network. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards, utilizing theoretical knowledge for clinical decisions.
