Job description
Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across facilities in the Mercy footprint. Reporting and assignment details vary by facility upon hire.
The role offers incentives including sign-on, regional float pool perks, shift differentials, and strong education and retirement benefits. Experience in Med/Surg or ICU is valued, with BSN preferred and active RN licensure.
