Job description
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing care across multiple hospitals and units within the region.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients
Collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations
Adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU
Maintaining current RN licensure and relevant certifications
Meeting physical demands like standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
RN licensure in the state or compact license
Minimum of 1 year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units
BLS required; NRP for Women’s Health
Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care
