Job description

Seeking experienced registered nurses for a regional float pool role, providing care across multiple hospitals and units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care based on standards and theoretical concepts. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations. The role involves floating to at least three facilities, with responsibilities spanning various adult and geriatric units.

Qualifications include a current RN license, recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care), and certifications such as BLS and ACLS if applicable. Physical demands involve standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.
