About the RN Registered Nurse Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. As an RN at Greene Meadows, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Assess and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work environment

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred (new graduates welcome!)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
