QUALIFICATIONS
Current Massachusetts RN License
Minimum 6 months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent nursing judgment
Compassionate and resident-focused
Dependable and professional
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
