Position Description: RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool - PACU
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Pool/PRNRegistered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel .
The RN responsibilities include:
Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Professional accountability and development.
Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
ACLS Certification is required
Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education:
Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience:
18months of RN experience in acute care/specialty is required.
1 year of RN experience in PACU is preferred
