RN Registered Nurse - Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Illinois
