Job description
Join HCA Healthcare as an RN Registered Nurse in our ICU Float Pool, delivering high-acuity care across multiple intensive care units. You’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions for critically ill patients while adapting quickly to different ICU specialties and workflows. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. You’ll use advanced monitoring equipment, administer complex medication regimens, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
