About This Role
The RN Registered Nurse in the ICU at Highmark Health is responsible for providing and directing patient care for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care and achieving positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
Perform a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs.
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
Perform and document direct patient care and patient education according to nursing standards of practice.
Identify and respond to patient conditions to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Direct and delegate care provided by ancillary team members.
Requirements
Education:
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Experience:
Experience in a nursing role is preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Pennsylvania.
CPR certification from the American Heart Agreement.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
