Job description
Join a 13-week Travel Operating Room RN assignment in Syracuse, NY, supporting a busy surgical center with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. This opportunity offers 8-hour day shifts and the chance to care for both adult and pediatric surgical patients across a variety of specialties.
Position Overview
Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Operating Room
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday
Some late days may be required
Location: Syracuse, NY
Local candidates within 50 miles may have a different rate
Minimum Requirements
Active CA RN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
EPIC EMR experience required
Travel experience preferred
Strong perioperative nursing and patient-care skills
Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the multidisciplinary surgical team
