RN Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
