Shifts Available:
7AM-3PM
3PM-11PM
11PM-7AM
Per Diem with one weekend a month

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive health assessments and manage individual resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing leadership, guidance, and support across the shift.
Monitor resident progress, document clinical notes accurately, and report changes in status.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapy teams to optimize rehabilitation and long-term care outcomes.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or geriatric nursing is preferred.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
