Job description
CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an RN for Rehabilitation, full-time days. The role focuses on planning, directing, and providing high-quality rehabilitation nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include data gathering, discharge planning, case management, medication administration, patient safety, and patient education. Requires California RN license and BLS; ARC and Fire Card within 30 days of hire.
