Job description
Complete Care is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (RN) for our Rehab Unit in Wisconsin. The role requires active RN licensure and Wound Care Certification, with leadership responsibility over a post-acute short-term rehab and complex skilled nursing unit.
Day shift with on-call rotation is expected. You will oversee rehabilitation care, lead wound care protocols, supervise nursing staff, ensure HIPAA/EHR compliance, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to optimize patient
