Job description
Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Talent Consultant for RN Residency in the Macon, GA area. The role involves sourcing candidates, building a talent pool, and supporting campus visits across Georgia with occasional travel to other southeastern states.
Public speaking and networking with nursing faculty will be required. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will help fill open positions and create pipelines of qualified applicants for Piedmont Healthcare System
