Job description
Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) in New Jersey to lead the clinical team, oversee health, wellness, and care coordination, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
You will conduct assessments, oversee ISP, manage staffing and budgets, coordinate with physicians, and drive QAPI and regulatory compliance while partnering with sales for move-ins.
