Job description

Marquis Companies is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN to lead nursing assessments and coordinate care for residents across our Oregon facilities. The role requires strong assessment and care planning skills and collaboration with physicians, care teams, families, and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of RN experience, preferably with long-term care exposure, and a passion for senior care.
