Job description
Cascade Manor in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Manager, leading a skilled nursing team Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. You’ll oversee care delivery, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and ensure resident-centered, evidence-based plans.
With at least 1 year in skilled nursing and an active RN license, you’ll drive quality, supervise staff, manage admissions and care planning, and support regulatory readiness while promoting dignity and independence for residents.
