Job description
Avamere Rehab of Lebanon is seeking a Resident Care Manager RN to supervise and coordinate all aspects of resident care at our Lebanon, Oregon location. The role supports the Director of Nursing and ensures high-quality care for residents in a Monday–Friday schedule.
You will develop individualized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant documentation, while fostering a warm, calm environment for residents and families.
