Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced RN for our Resource Float Pool. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care across multiple units, including med-surg, telemetry, and step-down, supporting patient needs where demand is greatest. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, patient education, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. The Float Pool RN adapts quickly to different clinical environments, upholds safety and quality standards, mentors staff, and supports our mission-driven, patient-focused culture of excellence.
