Title: RN Resource Nurse – ICU
Sign‑on bonus: up to $20,000 eligibility
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: In‑person at Sovah Health – Danville
Hourly compensation: $36.55 – $47.21
Responsibilities
Act as primary admission nurse, leading medication reconciliation and bed‑ahead designation in the Teletracking system.
Facilitate timely admission and discharge, coordinating with house supervisors and the quality team to remove barriers.
Provide clinical education, identify staff training needs, and validate educational documentation.
Maintain clinical quality initiatives and report incidents and investigation findings.
Support team collaboration, encouraging participation in community activity programs and shared governance.
Perform additional duties related to nursing clinical excellence as assigned.
Qualifications
Current RN license in a VA or compact state (or pending).
Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of hire.
Experience in clinical (cardiac or telemetry) areas preferred.
