Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks an experienced Director of Risk to lead the hospital's risk management program and serve as Compliance and Ethics Officer. You will coordinate risk identification, mitigation, and policy guidance across clinical and administrative teams, ensuring safe patient care and regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates hold an RN license with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, plus 5+ years of nursing experience and 3+ years in a Director/Manager role.
