This position coordinates the nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department.
Provides care and/or service to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
REQUIRED
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification
REQUIRED: MOTHERSFIRST
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
International certification in childbirth education or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). If not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within 6 months.
S.N. degree
Five years' experience as an RN, including at least two years' experience in adult/community education.
REQUIRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certified Diabetes Educator
B.S.N. degree
Five years' experience as an RN, including at least two years' experience in adult/community
Education
REQUIRED: IV THERAPY
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (3) years in area of specialty.
National Certification in specialty Infusion Nursing (INS) or Vascular Access (AVA)
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification
PREFERRED: MOTHERSFIRST AND CENTER FOR PERINATAL MEDICINE
Previous perinatal education management experience.
S.N. or M.N. degree
Experience with marketing/community relations
PREFERRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION
Previous diabetes coordinator/management experience.
S.N. or M.N. degree
Experience with marketing/community relations
MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNITS
S.N. Degree
PREFERRED: IV Therapy
S.N. Degree
REQUIRED: RADIOLOGY
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
Two (2) years prior leadership experience in Radiology
Good written and oral communication skills.
Five (5) years experience in Radiology.
5.Two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity.
REQUIRED: SURGERY SCHEDULING
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification.
