Job description
Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking an experienced RN Shift Lead I for the day shift. The role provides leadership and clinical support on the unit, coordinating resources to meet census and acuity while upholding fiscal stewardship.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Montana RN license, and BLS certification, with proven leadership abilities and excellent communication. Part-time hours and on-site work are expected.
