Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an RN Shift Lead I for a part-time day shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will provide leadership and clinical expertise on your shift, coordinating unit resources to meet census and acuity while supporting staff and role-modeling professionalism.
The role requires a BSN within 4 years (unless 15 years acute care) and a Montana RN license with BLS certification on hire. Regular attendance and flexibility for on-call or float duties are expected.
