Job description
Northwestern Medicine in Illinois is seeking a Clinical Shift Coordinator for the RN Float Pool on a full-time, day shift. This role leads daily unit operations, coordinates nursing care, and ensures patient safety while aligning with ANA standards.
It also guides staffing, documentation, and regulatory compliance across the shift. The coordinator collaborates with educators and managers to orient new staff, mentors team members, and drives continuous improvement and cost-effective care delivery
