Job description
New Haven Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN supervisor to lead shift operations with our DNS, ADNS, and nursing team. This is a per diem position, requiring strong communication with staff and management to ensure top quality resident care.
The right candidate will oversee unit activities, participate in weekly meetings, and contribute to maintaining compliance and quality of care within our facility as we transition to a new building in the coming years.
