Maxim Healthcare's Skills Advancement Training Program offers Registered Nurses a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence through personalized mentorship and real-world patient care experiences.
You'll work alongside experienced Maxim clinicians who provide one-on-one guidance, real-time feedback, and ongoing support as you develop critical nursing skills in the homecare setting.
Whether you're a newer nurse or looking to refresh and expand your clinical expertise, this program is designed to help you succeed.

What You'll DoAs a participant in the Skills Advancement Training Program, you will:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions
Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate supervisor or physician
Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care effectively
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote a safe care environment while adhering to infection control and universal precaution standards
Build confidence in delivering skilled nursing care through hands-on experience and mentorship
Qualifications? Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
? Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
? Current CPR Certification
? Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
? Passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient care
