RN’s, LPN’s, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Attendants, Companions/Live-Ins and other specialized healthcare professionals are licensed, trained and ready to provide care twenty-four hours a day, every day.
Job Description
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Visits in Lehigh, FL. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care, Medication Management and Infusions. We are hiring visit nurses to include the cities of Sarasota, Venice, Fort Myers.

Requirements
Must have at least one year of prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience
Valid Florida Nursing License
EVV - Kantime Software
Spanish speaking a plus
