Job description
Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the G101 Specialty Care Transplant Unit to care for Med/Surg and solid organ transplant patients, navigating complex histories and innovative procedures.
You will provide direct nursing care, update care plans, document patient conditions, administer meds, coordinate discharges, and educate patients and families. Requires BSN preferred and Ohio RN license; 1+ year acute care experience; BLS certification.
