About This Role
The RN SPU Endoscopy Per Diem position involves providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, coordinating health care services, and collaborating with the health care team. This role is ideal for nurses with experience in Endoscopy, Special Procedures, and Conscious Sedation.

What You'll Do
Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
Develop a written plan of care for patient care needs.
Assist patients and families in developing health care goals.
Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
Communicate with patients and families regarding interventions.
Assess the needs of designated patients requiring hospitalization.
Develop an educational component for each nursing care plan.
Promote patient self-care responsibility for meeting health needs.
Participate in continued education programs and professional activities.

Current RN License in Washington or Multistate/Compact
BLS certification required
