Job description
The Harris Center for Mental Health and ID invites you to join as a Staff Nurse, RN at our Houston campus. In this role you will provide nursing care to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
You will work within an interdisciplinary team, ensure safety, educate patients and families, administer medications, and document clearly.
