Job description
Legacy Health in Silverton, Oregon, seeks an RN Staff Nurse to provide direct patient care within an assigned department under supervision. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following Legacy Health standards.
Requirements include current RN licensure in the state and a BSN or progress toward one; one year of RN experience or equivalent residency program is preferred. AHA BLS certification is required.
