Job description

Ryders Health Management is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor for Lord Chamberlain in Stratford, CT. This full-time position oversees day-to-day nursing operations on the unit, guiding RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality care to residents.

The RN Supervisor will conduct rounds, document care plans, assess residents, and coordinate with families and physicians. Evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; competitive benefits and a supportive team await.
