As an RN at Huntington, you'll be part of a supportive community of empathetic leaders focused on helping you succeed and grow in your career.We are currently offering the following shifts and statuses:Full-Time Evening: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, 72 hours per pay periodPart-Time Night: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, 40 hours per pay periodQualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursingPreferred: BSNLicense: New York State Registered Professional Nurse LicensureExperience: Minimum one year of nursing experience (preferred experience in long-term care and/or supervisory roles)Key Skills:Strong ability to collaborate with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional mannerExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations with professionalismSkilled in clinical management, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and fostering teamworkFamiliarity with NYSDOH requirementsStrong organizational and analytical abilitiesComputer literateKey Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing units and provide clinical supervision to employees, either personally or through subordinates.
