Job description
Mountain Laurel Healthcare in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will direct care plans, supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and prior management in LTC. BSN preferred but not required.
