Job description
Apex Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on 12-hour shifts and oversee patient care plans. The role involves supervising CNAs, RNs, and LPNs, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and participating in care and discharge planning reviews.
