Job description
Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing care on the unit from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements include an active Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS. The facility offers DailyPay, PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and a company-matched 401(k). This is a full-time role in Henderson, TN.
